The Truth Is...
✅ Resting it doesn’t change anything. You might get a small temporary relief, but then when you start running again you’ll still be suffering from the pain (I bet you’ve already experienced it!)

✅ Pain pills can cause a lot of other problems with your body and not necessarily help.
✅ Having to give up running is not the only option. It’s just the option we hear a lot from physicians.
❓ A family member tells you to stop running and that running is causing all your problems in the first place.
❓ A colleague mentions going to a chiropractor.
❓ The “experts” on YouTube recommend doing certain exercises.
❓ A friend suggests going to a massage therapist .
❓ All while the doctor tells you to "rest it" or go see a specialist.
It’s overwhelming to try to make a decision with all these choices. What will happen if you don’t make the right one? Will you have to give up running altogether?
Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.
Getting the “least-invasive”, most natural treatment is VITAL to you stopping your pain when running AND keeping it from coming back.
To do that, you have to not just treat the symptoms, but have a provider who is willing to figure out WHY your leaking in the first place. That’s when you’ll get a PERMANENT solution to your problems.
